Economic Development Strategic Plan/Goals

Economic Development has been driven by carefully crafted Strategic Action Plans that respond to changes in demographics, the economy and business concerns and needs. Two previous plans provided guidance for the years 2007 to 2011 (PDF) and 2012 to 2016 (PDF). In 2017, the Subarea Plan was developed and adopted.  This Plan forms the basis of Economic Development goals and workplans for 2018 and beyond.
