ADRIANA HESS – 2917 Morrison Road West
2 acre wetland site south of 27th St W. This wildlife habitat contains trails, benches, and a deck overlooking the pond. The Tahoma Audubon Society office is located at this site. The non-profit group partners with the City to manage the park.

BROOKSIDE PARK – 3700 block of Brookside
2.7 acre undeveloped natural area across from Curran Apple Orchard Park.

CHAMBERS CREST WILDLIFE HABITAT – south of Chambers Creek Road West
7.5 acre undeveloped wooded slope bordered by Chambers Creek. Currently has no public access but lies next to the Chambers Creek corridor

CIRQUE/BRIDGEPORT PARK – 7250 Cirque Drive West
27 acre site centrally located in the City with a view of Mt. Rainier. Amenities include ballfields, a soccer field, open space, trails, a skatepark, tot lot and an informal picnic shelter. Future uses might also include a Community Center.

CREEKSIDE PARK - southeast corner of Cirque Drive West @ Alameda Avenue West
15 acre undeveloped natural area adjacent to Leach Creek. 

COLEGATE PARK – north of Curtis Senior High School
12 acre undeveloped natural site with picnic table.

COLEGATE PLAYGROUND – 3717 Grandview Drive West, next to Curtis Junior High
1 acre area with play structure, large evergreen trees and picnic tables.

CONSERVATION PARK – northwest corner of Bridgeport Way West & Chambers Lane West
1.5 acre natural area features “Environmental Columns” art exhibit sponsored by U.P. for Art and local school students.

CURRAN APPLE ORCHARD – 3920 Grandview Drive West
7.33 acre park is open to the public. A volunteer group maintains and operates the 200-apple tree orchard providing opportunities for numerous educational programs as well as the Summer Concert series and the annual Cider Squeeze. Amenities include Band Shell and play area.

HOMESTEAD PARK – 3761 Bridgeport Way West
5.5 acre park around City Hall and the Public Safety Building. This park extending east from Bridgeport Way W includes natural wooded areas, walking trails, fern grotto and a rhododendron collection.

KOBAYASHI PARK – 6420 Chambers Creek Road West
5.5 acre of natural beauty on the confluence of Leach & Chambers creeks. This unique site accesses the Chambers Creek Corridor from University Place. The site includes wetlands as well as large evergreen trees and views of both creeks. Picnic table is available.

LEACH CREEK WETLAND OPEN SPACE – southwest corner of Cirque Drive West @ Alameda Avenue West
13 acre with wetland areas and trail easements, many dedicated to the City with new development. The goal is to create a natural linear open space park and trail system extending from the city limits at the south end to the City of Fircrest at the north.

PARADISE POND PARK – 3124 67th Avenue West
9.5 acre undeveloped natural area adjacent to Morrison Pond.

RICONOSCUITO OPEN SPACE
5 acre undeveloped natural area adjacent to Cirque/Bridgeport Park.

SUNSET TERRACE PARK – 1902 Seaview Street West
2.25 acre featuring children’s playground, ballfield, restrooms and picnic shelter.

UPP PLAYGROUND – corner of 27th Street West @ Elwood Drive West
1 acre site designated for future playground equipment.

WOODSIDE POND NATURE PARK
3.59 acre site with Leach and Woodside creeks flowing through the park on the east side. Site is not accessible to the public at this time.
