Town Center Update

We're choosing a developer.

• The Town Center Selection Advisory Committee unanimously recommended the F + F Development Group as our potential Town Center private sector partner. Discussions are now underway with F + F to determine if a public-private business deal will work for both the developer and the City.
• We have a qualified team of outside experts and internal professionals managing the Town Center project.

Construction Continues.

• Construction continues on the transit and public garages, public plaza, streets, sidewalks and utilites, and getting the building pads developer-ready. View our Webcams.
• We hope to begin construction on the Library/Civic Building this summer. We'll schedule once we've chosen a developer and negotiated an agreement.
