City Clerk
The City Clerk's Office is responsible to the City Manager for support of City Council meetings, including agendas, minutes, packets, legal notices, Committees/Commissions membership and recruitment, and the City Council and Community Calendar. The Clerk's Office is also responsible for the overall City-wide records management program, essential records program, public records disclosure requests, electronic records access.

The Clerk's Office manages the City's Municipal Code Updates, Policies and Procedures Manual, and City Fee Schedule. All coordination with the County on all City election matters is also handled through the Clerk's Office
