 Under the direction of the Deputy City Manager, the Human Resources Division provides information, assistance and direction to management and employees in a variety of HR functions including recruitment, selection, orientation, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, and ensures compliance with established policies and procedures, labor contracts and employment laws.
