The City continues to solicit proposals from contractors who wish to be added to the City's Small Works Roster or annual statements of qualifications and performance data (RFQ) from architects, engineers, architectural landscaping firms and consulting/professional firms in connection with performing professional services for the City for 2005 pursuant to Chapter 39.80 RCW.
