 The Finance Department provides financial management services to the City of University Place. It is organized into three major program areas: the Director's Office, which provides department oversight and direction; the Finance and Budget Division, which provides budget and financial management functions, accounting and purchasing services, risk management, and fleet management; and Debt Management, which provides for the management oversight of the City's existing debt and proposed debt.
