The City is soliciting statements of qualifications and performance data (SOQ) from architects, engineers, architectural landscaping firms and consulting/professional firms in connection with performing professional services for the City for 2006/2007 pursuant to Chapter 39.80 RCW. Qualified applicants will be placed on the City's Architectural & Engineering Services Consultant Roster. The term for this roster is two calendar years, commencing on January 1, 2006. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
