Motion: Approve or Amend the Consent Agenda as Proposed
CONSENT AGENDA AND APPROVAL OF BILLS/PAYROLL
The Consent Agenda consists of items considered routine, for which a staff recommendation has been prepared and for which Council discussion is not required. A Councilmember may request that an item be removed from the Consent Agenda so that the Council may consider the item separately. Items on the Consent Agenda are voted upon as one block and approved with one vote.
A. Approve Applications for Renewal of Liquor License for cheers West Sports Bar and Grill and Taquerie Burrrito Loco
B. Authorize the City Manager to Execute an Extension to the Landscape and Maintenance Services Contract to Northwest Landscape Services for 2010
C. Authorize the City Manager to Enter Into a Professional Services Agreement with Heartland LLC for Town Center Real Estate Services Through March 31, 2010 in an Amount not to Exceed $75,000
D. Temporarily Suspend Section 7.10 of the Personnel Polices Relating to Furlough Days Between December 2009 through December 2010
E. Authorize the City Manager to Execute the 2010 Professional Services Agreement with Delta Development Group for Public Funding Services in the Amount of $30,000
F. Authorize the City Manager to Execute the 2010 Professional Services Agreement with KL Gates LLP in the Amount not to Exceed $55,000
G. Authorize the City Manager to Execute the 2010 Professional Services Agreement with Kenyon Disend PLLC in the Amount of $40,000
