CONSENT AGENDA AND APPROVAL OF BILLS/PAYROLL
The Consent Agenda consists of items considered routine, for which a staff recommendation has been prepared and for which Council discussion is not required. A Councilmemeber may request that an item be removed from the Consent Agenda so that the Council may consider the item separately. Items on the Consent Agenda are voted upon as one block and approved with one vote.
