Early in 2002, Development Services began implementing system and procedural changes to enable a more efficient, responsive approach to the development needs of the community.

Increased emphasis on our popular Technical Review Pre-Submittal Conferences allows potential applicants to get useful information before committing resources to a project. An expanded effort in the pre-construction phase, development and design, substantially reduces overall review and permitting time, thus reducing time and money drain for the applicants. Increasing the number of permits issued over the counter, especially those for small homeowner type projects has aided in the process.

Development Services is open Monday thru Wednesday and Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
