What is the CORE Committee?
The committee was formed for the preservation and upkeep of the Curran Apple Orchard. The group is also involved with putting on events that will help draw attention and recruit citizens to adopt trees and to help care and maintain the orchard.
When does the CORE Committee meet?
The CORE Committee meets every 1st Wednesday of the month at the University Place City Hall at 7:00 pm. Check the Event Calendar for current meeting dates and agendas.

CORE Strategy:
To maintain the preservation, advertisement, and maintenance of the Curran Apple Orchard along with working with the City of University Place.

- Summer concerts put on during the months of June, July and August.
- Annual Cider Squeeze event during harvest time, mid September.
- School/group tours of the Orchard
- Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at City Hall
