The Customer Services office has a commitment to support both the community and staff of University Place. Acting as liaison between City Divisions and the citizens of University Place, assistance and information are provided in a friendly expedient manner.
The Customer Services office manages the City Hall e-mail, Customer Service Tracking Database, Town Hall rentals and the Community Gift Guide Program -- or Tin C.U.P. -- where you can make donations or sponsor the purchase of items for the City, such as park benches or hanging baskets.
