The University Place Senior Community Center is a wonderful place for your next party, meeting or event. This beautifully remodeled building can hold up to 75 people and has a full commercial kitchen. Chairs, tables, and some linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. The full amount of the rental fee and deposits are due at the time of booking. All Rantals require a refundable $200 damage deposit, due in full at the time of application. If Alcohol is being served an additional $150 deposit is due, the total deposit of $350 is due at the time of application. A banquet permit is required for those groups serving alcohol.
